A hidden easter egg? So,as I read, I didn't put any correlation together with an actual character from the past with this, nor did I see anything that correlated with the Multiverse as a whole from ages past. I however, saw this interesting effect via the style of font you chose: it seemed some letters where somehow in slight bold text, although they weren't actually in bold text. Also: Mother of Worms....correlates to me as reminiscent to the Worm Gods found in Destiny the video game. They were deities to the Hive. Not sure if you meant for that, or if it even remotely connects to that in any way. Besides that, don't know what the easter egg is *shrugs*.

Ok, the Lord of Death...didn't really correlate the Lord of Death as an easter egg...if there was a description of a character that reminded me of a past character, I'd take that as an easter egg, but whatever floats your boat. (;

Oh well. I thought I thought we all remembered a particular glowing suchian deity of death. Oh that I should be forgotten so easily.

Omegasuchus? I didn't even think he was a lord of death, more like a monstrous brute of destruction and power.

Cuthlos, was a god of death, taken in by Nightmare's father, I believe his attempt to make his Shade a perfect being, the ultimate warrior for the Hexaverse, Greerte'n's first go-around at making a Nightmare, whom delved deep into the darkness of his own destiny and was a very iconic character. I mean to make several tributes to him in Fables, Odin's ultimate destiny is suppose to echo aspects of Cuthlos', of course with a twist of my own making. Much how Asuna is a tribute to Es'Kailieon (Nightmare), and then we have the rebirth of Chaotena and Eris Treped so we can go further into telling their stories since they didn't get as much screen time before.
That's one of our main themes, tributing incarnations, and through the many time and reality-bending disturbances that go into the theme, those can be real storylines as much as they are just reincarnated fantasy, a lot like some Doctor Who villains.

I see where you listed Omegasuchus as the Lord of Death in your lodge Omega. And Kuma: that does work out perfectly given the Multiverse was reborn in a sense when Nightmare engulfed Omegan, one of the triad. This caused ripples throughout time and space in the Multiverse, that created interesting storylines that we can work with.

Right. Omegasuchus was intended as more of a “Grim Reaper” analogue than something brimming and evil. He was initially inducted by Greetre’n, void, but later repented and became the adopted child of Ghidorom, goddess of Earth. He performs the necessary function of Grim Reaper.
In “ Phylactery”, Omegasuchus still has this post. Yet he is haunted by the pain he inflicted on others. He is feared by his peers, viewed as an ill omen, and shunned. Because of this, he has severe depression and possibly even mild PTSD from his job.
Later, Tresla, Hope, becomes his friend and confidante. The two help bring out the better in one another and eventually save the dimension together.
